Billing matched to the CRM
Reconciled billing against Salesforce to catch renewal gaps before they lapsed, and rebuilt an ARR bridge that didn't foot.
Renewal forecasting
The renewal book 30, 60 and 90 days out, with dollars, risk and an owner on every account.
The data underneath
Start dates, renewal terms, churn reasons and owner history pulled together from three systems, so every report after it works.

Before you ask.

  • "Pulling exports is a project."It's two light extracts: IDs, renewal or term dates, amounts and status, from your CRM and your billing system. You get the exact fields for your tools, plus a 30-minute kickoff and a 45-minute readout.
  • "Is my data safe?"An NDA comes first, yours or mine, and a data handling addendum covers your files once the work starts. Exports by default, or a read-only user or sandbox when the scope needs it, switched off when we finish. Files go to your own private workspace, not email, and only your team and I can see them. Raw data is deleted within 30 days of the end of the work, and you get that in writing.
  • "This will make my team look bad."Gaps like these come from systems that drifted apart, not from people. Your RevOps or finance lead gets the list first and presents the fix as their win. A clean result is a useful answer too.

What it leads to.
