Renewals slip quietly.
Renewals rarely slip because nobody cared. One step quietly didn't happen, and nothing said so.
- Every renewal gets a play
- Each night, renewals entering the window get their play and dated steps, owned by the right CSM.
- Nothing slips quietly
- A separate check flags any renewal without a play, or a step gone overdue, before anyone has to ask.
- The forecast lives with the work
- Each renewal carries a forecast, and the steps re-date themselves when the close date moves.
Built for your team.
Hand-built every time, around how you already renew.
- DiscoveryHow your team renews and onboards today: stages, owners, the fields you trust and the ones you don't.
- DesignPlays drawn around your motion, in your wording. You sign off the steps before anything is built.
- BuildBuilt and tested in a sandbox, then deployed to your org. Your sales layouts stay as they are.
- Hand overTraining for CSMs and managers, the renewal reports and dashboard, and a written guide to every piece.
Priced per build.
Quoted from the ARR it protects, after the free renewal check. At $10M ARR, one point of gross retention is $100K a year.
Run by Adam: 12 years running CX operations and $100M+ in ARR retained and grown, most recently at a PE-backed SaaS company.
| Engagement | Typical range |
|---|---|
| Renewal playbook build | $15K to $30K |
| Lifecycle build: renewal, onboarding and adoption | $25K to $50K |
| Add the AI renewal agent: brief, risk call and draft email for every renewal in the window | From $5K |
| Monthly tuning after handover | From $2K a month |
At handover, every renewal in the window has a play. If one doesn't, I keep working free until it does.
When a renewal enters the 120-day window, the account brief, risk call, task and draft email are waiting for the CSM to approve. How the renewal agent works
Questions.
- Which Salesforce editions does this work on?
- Enterprise edition or higher. The free renewal check confirms your org is ready before anything is quoted.
- Will it change what my sales team sees?
- No, unless you ask. The plays sit on their own records and on the account, and everything is tested in a sandbox first.
- How long does a build take?
- Most renewal builds run about 30 days from discovery to handover. A lifecycle build adds onboarding and adoption plays, so it takes longer.
- We already pay for Gainsight or Totango.
- If your team uses it, keep it. If nobody opens it, a build in Salesforce puts the work where your CSMs already are.
- Who owns the build?
- You do. It's configured in your org, with your names and your steps, and you keep it whatever happens next.
