What the site collects.
| Where | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Call and contact forms | Your name, work email, company, ARR range, how your CS team is set up if you say, and what you write. Also the page you sent it from, any ad tags in the link (such as utm_source) and the site that sent you. | To reply, to prepare for the call, and to know which pages and ads bring people in. |
| Churn calculator | Your four answers, saved without your name or email, with a random ID that lasts only while the page is open. If you ask for the brief: your email, any name or company you add, and your answers. | To improve the calculator, and to send the brief you asked for. |
| Free CS tools | Your work email and role. | To send the tools, and new ones as they're added. |
| Booking a call | Google Calendar takes the booking, under Google's own privacy policy. I see your name, email and the time you picked. | To hold the call. |
| Client workspace | The names and emails of people a client invites, the cookies that keep them signed in, the files they upload and the work I deliver. | To run the paid work. The client's signed agreement and data addendum govern everything in it. |
Who handles it.
Four providers run the site. Each handles the data only to do that job.
- Vercel
- Hosts the site and the client workspace
- Supabase
- Stores form entries, workspace files and sign-ins
- Resend
- Sends the site's emails, such as lead alerts and calculator briefs
- Business email and calendar booking
What the site doesn't do
No advertising pixels, no analytics trackers and no data sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. The only cookies the site sets keep clients signed in to their workspace. A calendar or video embedded on a page may set its own cookies when you use it.
How long it's kept
Form entries: as long as we're talking, and no more than two years after the last contact. Tool signups: until you ask to stop. Client data from paid work: deleted within 30 days of the end of the work, confirmed in writing, as the client's agreement says.
Your choices
Email adam@sweetstrat.com to see what I hold about you, correct it or delete it. I answer within 30 days, and I don't need a reason. If you're a client, your agreement sets out the same rights for your company's data.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels encrypted, and only I can reach the stored data. The providers above store it in the United States. Workspace files are visible only to the client's invited team and me.
Children
The site is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If anything here changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
