Is this for you?
Built for
- B2B SaaS between $1M and $50M ARR, with at least a year of renewals behind you.
- Renewals coming in the next 90 days, and no ranked view of which ones are at risk.
- Nobody owns retention analysis, or the person who does has no time for it.
Not a fit if
- Under $1M ARR. There usually aren't enough renewals to rank yet.
- Less than a year of renewal history. There's no churn to learn from.
- Your team can't spare about 3½ hours over two weeks.
No billing export? Still a fit. Everything but the bridge to finance comes from your CRM, support tickets and product usage.
What you walk away with.
Four answers, from your own accounts.
- Know who's leaving
- “Which renewals do we lose this quarter?”
- Every renewal in the next 90 days, ranked by dollars, with the reason it's at risk, the next step and an owner on each.
- Know why
- “Why did the customers we lost actually leave?”
- A churn report on every dollar lost in the last 12 months, recoded from notes, tickets and usage, and a health score rebuilt from the signals that came before it.
- Know where to start
- “Who does my team call first?”
- A 90-day attack plan: the accounts to call first, the next step on each, and the two or three levers worth the most dollars.
- Agree on the number
- “What's our real retention?”
- GRR and NRR on definitions your CEO and head of CS sign off. Not tracked today? I build them by segment from your raw data, when the revenue history exists. With billing exports, a bridge to finance's revenue too.
Slice it yourself.

More about AdamQuestions before you book
We don't have clean billing exports. Is it still a fit?
Yes. The at-risk list, the churn report, the health score and the attack plan come from your CRM, support tickets and product usage. Billing exports add one thing: a bridge from your retention number to finance's revenue.
What counts as aligned?
Aligned means your CEO and head of CS sign off on the definitions and the number at the day-14 walkthrough, with finance in the room if you want them. If they won't sign, the whole fee comes back. The guarantee holds once I have the exports on your checklist. Most of the debate is settled on day 4, when your leaders review the definitions.
What data do you need from us?
Your CRM at minimum. Support tickets, product usage and billing make the ranking sharper. You get a checklist written for your tools, and nothing needs IT.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
No. Cleaning it is part of the work. If a field doesn't exist, I tell you which to add.
How do we send files and get the deliverables?
Through your own private workspace, with its own sign-in for your team. You upload exports there, every deliverable and Friday update lands there, and the next step and its date sit on the first screen. Nothing sensitive goes by email.
How is our data protected?
An NDA comes first, yours or mine, and a data handling addendum covers your files once the work starts. Exports by default, or a read-only user or sandbox when the scope needs it, switched off when we finish. Files go to your own private workspace, not email, and only your team and I can see them. Raw data is deleted within 30 days of the end of the work, and you get that in writing.
When do the 14 days start?
The 14 days start the day your complete data lands. If it arrives late, the clock waits. If anything on the checklist is missing, I tell you the same day it arrives.
How much of our team's time does it take?
About 3½ hours over the 14 days, counted step by step above. Most of it is two one-hour sessions: the kickoff and the walkthrough.
Do you build the renewal plays too?
Not in the Rundown. The Rundown tells you which accounts, what's breaking and what it's worth. Building plays your team runs the same way on every renewal, inside Salesforce, is a separate service. The Rundown's fee credits toward it.
Why not hire a CS ops analyst instead?
You might, later. A senior CS ops hire costs $150K to $200K a year, fully loaded, and spends months building what the Rundown hands over in 14 days. Whoever you hire starts from the field spec, the model and the at-risk list instead of a blank sheet.
What happens after the 14 days?
You keep everything, and a day-45 check-in is included. The full fee credits toward any follow-on work for 90 days. Nothing is sold after day 14 unless you ask.
In 14 days, know who's leaving and how to keep them.
30 minutes, no data needed. You leave knowing the right first step, whether you buy or not.
