Find the renewals your systems don't know about.

Send your CRM and billing exports. In two weeks, see in dollars the renewals nobody is tracking, the churn your NRR is hiding, and a GRR/NRR bridge your finance team will sign off on.

Same customers, same year: GRR 88.7% rebuilt from billing, 99.6% from the CRM.

Two systems, two truths.

CS owns the relationship, RevOps owns the CRM and finance owns billing. The reconciliation sits between all three, so nobody owns it, and the drift costs money three ways.

Untracked renewals
Active subscriptions in billing with no renewal in the CRM. Nobody works them, so they lapse into churn nobody chose.
Hidden churn and contraction
Cancellations, downgrades and co-term mistakes that happened in billing and never reached the CRM, so they never reached NRR.
A bridge that doesn't foot
GRR and NRR from the CRM that finance can't tie to billing. It surfaces at the worst time: a board meeting, a raise, a refinance or a sale.

What you get.

Five deliverables in two weeks, built from your own accounts.

  1. 1Renewal coverage reconciliationEvery active billing subscription matched to a CRM renewal. Each gap listed by account, ARR and renewal date.
  2. 2Leakage SummaryOne page: the dollars at risk or already lost, grouped by root cause.
  3. 3Retention bridgeGRR and NRR rebuilt from billing, account by account, footed, next to what your CRM reports.
  4. 4Fix planThe process and system fixes in priority order, by dollars, each with an owner.
  5. 5Readout60 minutes with your CFO, CS lead and RevOps lead to walk the findings.

Your part is small.

On purpose. The matching, the bridge and the write-up are mine.

  • Two exportsCRM accounts and opportunities; billing customers, subscriptions and invoices. You get a checklist written for your systems.
  • One 45-minute kickoffHow your renewals, co-terms and billing actually work, so the matching follows your rules.
  • One 60-minute readoutThe findings, the bridge and the fix plan, with the people who own them.

Built for

  • B2B SaaS between $1M and $50M in ARR.
  • Salesforce or HubSpot as the CRM, with a separate billing system: NetSuite or Stripe Billing today. Ask about Chargebee, Maxio, Zuora or Recurly.
  • A board asking about NRR, a raise, refinance or sale ahead, a new CFO, or a billing migration behind you.

What it costs.

$7,500

One CRM and one billing system, up to about 5,000 accounts.

Priced against the dollars found, not hours. One uncovered $200K renewal pays for it many times over.

Ask about a design partner spot

Did a Renewal Coverage Check first? Its $2,500 fee comes off the price within 30 days.

Design partners

The first three design partners pay half, $3,750, or choose the guarantee instead. Either way, in exchange for an anonymized case study and one reference call.

  • $3,750Half price for the standard audit.
  • Or the guaranteeI find at least three times the fee in dollars at risk or lost, or you don't pay.

Your data.

Treated like finance treats it.

  • An NDA, yours or mine, signed before anything is shared.
  • Exports by default. Read-only or sandbox access only when the scope needs it.
  • Files go to your private workspace, never email.
  • Raw data deleted within 30 days of the end, in writing.
  • Your DPA too, if you have one.

Who does the work.

Run by Adam: 12 years running CX operations and $100M+ in ARR retained and grown, most recently at a PE-backed SaaS company.

I've reconciled billing against Salesforce to catch renewal gaps, and rebuilt an ARR bridge that didn't foot, as an operator. Most of the matching is automated, which keeps the price fixed and the turnaround fast.

Questions

We have RevOps for this.

Good. The audit hands them a clean, ranked list in two weeks instead of a quarter spent building one. Most of the fix plan is theirs to run.

Our data is too messy.

That's the normal starting point, and it's where the dollars are. Matching runs on IDs where they exist and on names and email domains where they don't, and every uncertain match is listed for you to confirm.

How much of our team's time does it take?

Two exports, a 45-minute kickoff and a 60-minute readout. Questions in between come by email.

What does a design partner give back?

An anonymized case study, approved by you before anything is published, and one reference call. Your company is never named without written permission.

How is this different from the Retention Rundown?

The Audit follows the money between your CRM and billing: renewals nobody is tracking and churn your NRR hides. The Retention Rundown follows the customers: which renewals are at risk, and why. The call tells you which pain is louder.

What happens after the readout?

You keep everything. If you want help running the fix plan, that's separate work, and only if you ask.

No data needed yet. Just the situation.

Two exports. Two weeks. The dollars, by name.
