Paid work has its own agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept by clicking. Paid work starts only when both sides sign the Master Services Agreement, the Data Handling Addendum and a Statement of Work. Those documents govern the work, and they win over anything on this site.

Using the site and the free tools

Use the site, the churn calculator and the free CS tools for your own business. Don't resell them, copy them into a product of your own, or try to break or overload the site.

The calculator, samples and articles are general information and rough estimates, not advice for your business. The sample company in the Rundown and its accounts are made up.

Who owns what

SweetStrat owns the site, its text, designs, tools and templates. You can share links and quote short parts with credit. What you type into the forms stays yours; the privacy page says how it's handled.

No promises beyond these

The site is provided as is. It may change, pause or have mistakes. To the extent the law allows, SweetStrat isn't liable for indirect losses from using the site or its free tools, and its total liability for them is $100. This doesn't limit anything in a signed agreement.

Law

Texas law governs these terms, and the courts in Denton County, Texas hear any dispute about them.
